Separate challenges, sign-in checks, and identity checks

Record the exact prompt, URL, and preceding action. A verification message alone does not establish IP risk, and an official request for identity documents is not a captcha failure.

What network and browser observations establish

Exit IP, ASN, region, timezone, language, and DNS/WebRTC paths can help compare test conditions. They do not establish Claude’s internal verification rules. A data-center ASN or language preference is not proof of a trigger.

Different WebRTC and site addresses do not automatically establish a leak or a challenge cause. Check the address family and actual failing requests before changing device settings.

  • Preserve the original error before comparing sessions.
  • Test relevant script or storage blockers individually.
  • Keep device time accurate; do not assume timezone or language must imitate the exit region.

Follow the official Persona identity process

Anthropic describes Persona identity checks for some features or capabilities, routine integrity checks, and safety or compliance needs. A prompt does not allow this site to infer the precise trigger.

Enter verification from Claude’s official interface and help instructions. Prepare the valid documents and any selfie requested by that flow. Do not submit documents through unknown links or third-party verification services; follow the current official material requirements.

Compare one condition at a time

  1. Identify the official flow

Keep a redacted prompt and URL and read the official instructions.

  2. Isolate browser failures

For a challenge or sign-in loop, test a fresh profile or private window on the same network and inspect relevant extensions separately.

  3. Interpret path changes cautiously

Compare exits only when a failure consistently follows a path. A network change cannot replace identity or eligibility requirements.

  4. Contact support for verification failures

Share the prompt, time, and completed tests. Do not bypass regional or verification controls.

Limits and support evidence

Network evidence is not an account decision. This site does not check documents, account eligibility, or whether the platform will accept a session. A high score is not a promise of avoiding verification.

Use official Claude support for persistent failures. Share error details without passwords, tokens, or document images, and submit sensitive material only through a verified official process.

Sources and evidence limits

Sources below support the stated technical or policy boundary. Diagnostic comparisons in this guide remain observations, not account verdicts.
